Happy birthday

I haven't made a card in a while due to moving and work. I've been without craft supplies for a few weeks.

I made a new connection, and his birthday is coming up so I am making him a birthday card. I hope he enjoys it.

Sketch is a operation write home sketch, stamps are from bombshell stamps.

A few years ago, when I would stamp with my SU demo Lena, I would stamp a million images of her stamps for my stash to use on future cards. Well. Here is one of them. The one problem... THIS STAMP SET OF HERS IS NOW M.I.A neither one of us know where it is. Which is a bummer because I am on my last images of her from Elzybells. :(

I love this little image from Taylored Expressions. I bought it about 2-3 years ago, and I am not going to lie, I often neglect it.. But it is so perfect for some love cards for OWH.

I purchased this thank you set a while back... like 4 years ago, and never used it until I moved here. As you can tell, I really like the color orange. I will eventually be making these in other solid colors... hopefully finding the patience to paper piece these.

a little neglected Ippity

Its been a while since I have used any of my ippity stamps. I think a lot of their sentiments are perfect for Operation Write Home Cards. Lately I have been using a ton of that bright orange color... I dont know why... maybe its because its my favorite color?

I love Sassy Studio Designs... (ssd). I used to use their digis all the time when I lived in California, and first started using digis. I HAD TONS of them. I might still.. SOMEWHERE on a flash drive. Well. now.. I used to be apart of Paper Craft Planet (PCP) and there was a group for people who enjoyed SSD images. Well... long story short, That group made a group on FACEBOOK. Come join the fun!

Sade's Birthday card: Make a Wish

Here is Sade's birthday card.
I love the little sprinkles I added to this card. I kind of wish I would have put a little glitter accent to it or even liquid applique to make some frosting. Maybe next year.

WW motivation

I made this card for a contact I have kept in touch with from Operation Write Home. He is in the Navy Reserves and just told me recently that he is doing weight watchers...

 At the time of this card being made he was down roughly 6ish pounds that week. I figured why not make him a card to help motivate him! He claims he likes it... but it doesnt look like him... lol.
